A few weeks back I discussed how hip tightness can cause low back pain in the article¬†Why is my low back tight?, and since then I’ve gotten many question regarding how to address hip flexor tightness.

This video goes through basic mechanics of lunging as it pertains to hip flexors, an overlooked and improperly executed exercises which can not only be an efficient lower body exercise, it can also be used to fix imbalances of the hip.
